Best way to level hardcore garden

I am trying to level my garden. I lifted a patio with brick surround. I got rid of the bricks in a skip but now I am left with about a third of the garden raised about 10 inches, this is a mixture of soil and hardcore stones. Is there an easier way to level this than just pure sweat and blood. My garden gate is about 1 meter wide, I dont know if there is a digger I could hire that would fit through the gate.

Will I be able to get help mechanically with this or am I left to do the hard work for the next month.

Yes there are small diggers available that will fit through that gap, just ask at your local hire shop
