Double glazing and blinds

Hi I have tilt and turn double glazed windows and would like to fix blinds to them. Blinds have been brought, but need to screw them to frame. tried screwdriver, and electric one, but no luck, just need to get the screw started, what do you suggest I go out and buy? Im a total newby with very few tools, all help would be appreciated

When screwing into any material, you should always drill a pilot hole. This should be approx. the same diameter as base of the screw thread, don't make it too large or the screw wont hold.
