Potterton EP2002 with Prima B problem

Hi guys

I have an intermittent problem which started on Friday. When I flick the switch on my EP2002 control panel for CH to on, there is no 'click' on the boiler and it doesn't fire up. I could leave it for an hour and try again and it might come on. At the moment that is not happening though and it's pretty damn cold in here

Any ideas what the problem might be with this setup?

Probably a motorised valve sticking.

I followed through the FAQ and eventually it kicked back in.

The valve lever that the FAQ refers to has been really noisy (buzzing) the past few weeks. Could this be the root of the problem? Is that gonna be costly if it is?
