No heating or hot water! HELP

Hi, i have a combi, pressure is just below what is normal. there is no heating/hot water even though the boiler fires up.

I was messing with a rad which wasn\\\'t working the other night(before all this)
and opened a valve on the right hand side without opening the left(would this cause the lowering of prESSURE? MY NUMBER IS 07840436712

Check that the valve has been tightened on the rad, it sounds like the pump on the combi isn't working, but what do I know I'm a trainee plumber?

Bleed all rads first then top up pressure to 1 bar.
Opening the one valve would not affect pressure unless the rad was empty.
Come back if you need to.
