I have some fence posts where the concrete has crumbled and the slot is no more.

Is there any easy way of repairing them, other than digging out and replacing?

Might this happen again - how long should concrete posts last?

Any tips on how to get them out easily?

THE ONLY,,, THING YOU CAN DO IS,, REPLACE THEM,,,, CONCRETE POST SHOULD LAST A LIFETIME,,, TO DIG THEM YOU ARE GOING TO NEED A CONCRETE BREACKER. ITS NOT AN EASY JOB TO DO BUT CAN BE DONE

If the post is still upright and it's just the holes that are enlargened, you could bolt a timber either side, straight through the holes, an fix fence to that.

Would be a better job to replace though, as mentioned, hire a small kango.
