Sometimes when my boiler fires up there is a bang as burner ignites this can be heard outside thru flu also insideat boiler any ideas and is it a safety issue

Electrodes either Dirty,Short circuit or gap just needs adjusting.

Other way around, heavy ignition causes the premature failure of the door seal.
