Hello. Can anyone help me as my baxi is providing hot water, but no heating on the radiators. The pressure is fine, no faults showing no flashing lights, but its getting rather chilli.
Warranty expired and I dont want to pay baxi because my experience is they are a little ignorant when it comes to fixing problems (ie they dont look at the bigger picture ) hence always requires 2 vists per issue.

Thankyou.

CHeck the electrics - ie that the "Switched Live" goes high when it should. That depends on timer and thermostat.

Cheers for reply, but i dont understand what you mean. I can only say CH is not on timer and we have one radiator that has no temp control thus should be hot all the time when the CH is switched on.

Well you've had 3 suggestions - one of them's probably right, innit?

OK back to the beginning. When you put the CH on, with a cold boiler, does the boiler light at all?

Am I right it's a combi? Which one? Is the timer on the wall or built into the combi?

Do you have a voltmeter, and are you happy to work on live parts?

Thanks for responses. Turns out it as something to do with a with the sensor being dodgy. No thermostat on the wall.
