Hi guys, i really need your help.

Assuming underneath the old laminate was concrete I told out floor layer it was concrete. he said i should pain on a liquid DPC creom or deck2 stuff as the black bitumen type stuff would not suffice as he intends to glue down the wood floor.

My question is, can he glue down wood floor onto these old marley tiles? and what liquid DPC that is easily available should i stick down first?

No, you can't glue wood onto marley tiles.
You can - depending on what type of wood floor you're planning to put down now - install floating over it.

you cant use creom over old bitumin etc, what is the reason for using a surface dpm? is the subfloor damp?
