hi there,
First time here as I am stuck for ideas to solve my problem. Having ordered and recieved my 10 x 6 concrete shed (in 1m x 2ft panels) from a company called Leofric. I have laid the base and now need to put the thing together...there lies the problem. I am doing the job on my own, freinds have distanced themselves whilst this is being done. I need to find out if there is a a mechanised way of lifting the panels into position. Can I hire a winch or something that will enable me to lift these panels???

Thanks
:( :( :(

What ever you do you are going to need a bit of man power. Even when using a machine of some sort you'll need a 2nd set of hands.

You can get a stacker or genie lifter which are sort of like the front part of a small forklift. You crank a handle to raise the forks up and hey presto.

This of course gets them to the right height and rough position but that's the best your going to get without a small crane or winch system. Either way this will more than likely be £100 a day or more so i'd say borrow/hire a few trestles planks and some friends.
