vokera Excell 80sp d

Can anyone supply a photo of the white bobbin in the diverter valve. I am trying to see if there is suppose to be a washer on the end.
The problem is the radiators are heating up in DHW mode.
I have purchased a service kit which has the white bobbin in but am unsure about this washer. A washer in the kit seems to fit, but as i did not remove one am unsure what to do.
Have seen somewhere there is a service kit for the divertor valve is this a seperate kit as the main one?
Can you buy a full diverter valve as a full new unit?

Fit the flat round washer on the end that the push rod fits into.

Also fit the O ring over the other end and push it half way up the bobbin (over the little ridge).

Thanks have done that. But the flow pipe still gets hot when I draw hot water.
Any Ideas why this valve is not sealing properly. Should I put some silicone grease on the rubbers?
