If it's t+e copper, then yes, too small. On a short run would be ok if in conduit, not in wall.
 
Yes. Volt drop will be 4 or 5 volts, but within limits.

Do you have to install extractor fans in bathrooms/shower rooms and WCs as part of a re-wire. Mains supplied Smoke alarms are required with battery back up arent they?
When ELCBs are used in domestic situations instead of a 100mA RCD, is this compliant, ie can circuits still be added or would an RCD need installing?

A Fused Spur is required to supply a Hand WaterHeater which is situated in front of a sink. Where can the fused spur be installed? The flex is to go in the front of it. Can it be placed above sink with heater or above draining board? Or does it have to be 300mm away from these?
Is it still ok to upgrade CU is main bond is only 10mm and customer not willing to pay to upgrade to 16mm because of mess it'd cause?
Were do you stand legally if you install your cables 1st fix in the required zones, and then later before they are plastered a plumber moves them to accomodate there pipes and there are no longer in the zones, but you know nothing of this. Then they get plastered hiding everything. If someone drills through them and blames you for not having them in the right zones?
If supplying double oven and an electric hob would they need to be run from seperate circuits, is this the norm to run two seperate circuits for them?
