Garage Roof Leak

Hi guys

Second post today. Anyway here goes.

I have a felt roof on my garage. It has a slight slope on it but it flattens out at the bottom.(i think it has been extended in the past)

There are several places where it leaks. Is there any coating i could put on it or anything i can do without replacing the whole thing?
