I had to cut into a floor in a flat constructed around 1999 to access a pipe.

ANyone recognise the construction wrt its needs?
How can I repair it, bearing in mind the needs likely to be necessary to provide fire protection, mostly? Much of the material I removed broke or came up in small pieces. It's in a cupboard so I'm not overly concerned about noise or heat insulation
How about 6:1 mortar poured into the hole (thin plastic membrane to contain) ? Or some type of plaster?

- 22mm chipboard
19mm hard plaster sheet (no cardboard as with plasterboard, it was bonded to the chipboard I think)
45mm rockwool type material
20mm or so yellow fibrous - something like dense fibreglass.
