Hi,

I'd like to build some planters about 1m X 30cm long.
I was thinking of using T&G flooring boards and pond liner for the inside.

But I am not sure what paint to use once I have assembled them.

Is there anything i can use that won't relase into the soil once the wood gets damp?

Also any suggestions for an alternative to T&G flooring boards?

thanks

i would suggest making them 1m long and 30cm wide  i would not use pond liner either, since yes it will work but since you should puncture it, seems a bit costly for the job. buy some DPM must be cheaper

i've decided to go for timber lengths rather than decking which at wickes would have cost 30 pounds a length

thanks
