Guys does anyone have any comparative data.

I'd like to know the benefits of each material and product with regard to efficiency.

Does 100mm kingspan have the same thermal benefit as say 200m of rockwall, that sort of thing.

Ta for any links or knowledge imparted :D

Ignoring your obvious typo, you are on the right track. Rigid foam is about twice as efficient as fibre at the same thickness. Sorry, don't have any data, but the manufacturers websites should point you in the right direction, but bear in mind that their data may not be impartial, and that there are many factors involved in working this stuff out.

Insulation materials are rated by thermal conductivity (k-value) or thermal resistance. (r-value) The value basically refers to the amount of heat energy, in Watts, that will pass through the material for given conditions.

K value is useful for direct comparison because it remains the same regardless of the thickness of the material. For example, mineral wool has a k of around about 0.044. Phenolic foam (Kingspan type stuff) usually has a k of about 0.023. So you can see that mineral wool allows about twice as much heat to pass as phenolic foam. Or, to put it another way, Kingspan is about twice as good as mineral wool.

So, 100mm Kingspan is about equivilant to 200mm mineral wool.
