laying new concrete floor

Hi all
i intend to lay a new floor through out the house what are the depths at each level i.e.

Hard core
dpm
insulation
screed

and what insulation boards would be best and is there a special way to lay these boards

100mm mot compacted stone (hard core layer).

25-50mm sand blinding also compacted.

1200 gauge polythene dpm.

125mm jablite (polystyrene) floor insulation or 80mm celotex/kingspan thermafloor insulation.

another layer of protecting polythene (to jablite only).

100mm poured concrete slab.

75mm screed.

insulation boards are snug fitted and in some cases the joints are taped with foil tape.

Thank you very much for that info i was a bit worried it was going to be a night mare to put this insulation down.
