Is this a bayonet cooker connection?

Not really sure what a bayonet connection looks like - I'm about to put new flooring down as part of the ongoing new kitchen and the cooker (not hob) is in my way. If it's a bayonet type I understand I can just disconnect it and move the blasted old cooker, if its a screw in type I'll need to get someone in to cap it off for me. Looks like a screw in connection to me, am I right?

No, that is not a bayonet fitting it is a standard pipe union.
The bayonet fitting is a plug/socket. The socket has a flanged mounting to the wall and is self sealing when the "plug" is removed.
