Replacing a Danfoss TP5 Programmable Room Stat

i have a danfoss tp5 programmable room stat that is hard wired to the boiler (i presume for control) and is battery powered. The unit is old and the programming button has more or less stopped working, so programming the thing is becoming a nightmare!

Any suggestions for what i can replace this with? I have been looking at a Danfoss TP5000 but dont know if i can just install this like for like?

Any suggestions would be welcome

should just be 2 wires.

use com & on.

easy.have you got a combi boiler.

no its a small ish boiler with a separate hot water cylinder and small water tank above it.

fair enough sounds simple, any particular make model you'd recommend? I've been looking at the Dafoss TP5000
