solid walls insulation

i have solid 9 walls and need to apply extenal insulation can i use tri-oso 9 or will i need to use celotex. Are either of these products breathable as i have lime mortar brick work which is causing internal damp.

Tri-iso is not for external application, and none of the insulation boards are breathable.

Surely the fitting of external insulation and waterproof coating will remove the damp problem?
