Leaking radiator valve

Hello, i have a leak coming from the valve on a radiator. Below is a picture with the source of the leak circled.

Please could someone tell me how to fix it?

check to see if the brass nipple is screwed in tight.

the centre of that hole use a rad bleed key.

so i need to tighten that square bar? Because i tried and it just spins round and spurts water out?

Turn both rad valves off each side of the rad,
drain down the rad by unscrewing the brass nipple, with hose connected to the drain, or use bucket etc; to catch the water, then replace the brass nipple.

OK thanks for the advice. I will dismantle it tomorrow and try to get a replacement nipple.
