Removing ceramic tp holder from tile wall

I have a ceramic toilet paper holder which was placed on a tile wall in the wrong place and needs to be removed (it is very inconvenient). How do I do this without damaging the tiles behind it?
I do have extra tiles if they are damaged and need to be replaced.

Do you know how it is attached to the tiles?
If it is with a double sided adhesive tape, then pushing a hot knife behind it wil remove it quite easily. If its some kind of tile cement then you will probably have to break the tile to remove it.
