Mira Shower not turning on or off properly

Hi,

We have a new electric Mira shower and it doesnt turn on or off easily, ie sometimes we can not get it to stay on when we press the button (but water comes out when we are holding the button), and sometimes it will not turn off when we press the buttin

Does anyone know why this might be? Have any hints or tips on getting it sorted, or do you think its a problem with the actual shower?

It sounds like a problem with the shower.
Model number?

Are you sure the front cover has been put back on alright, check that the buttons are free to press and are making contact, If your sure you've plumbed and connected everythink correctly this may just be the culprit if your lucky
