Hi there i have put 1 coat ov dulux matt emulsion on coving and it is cracking and blistering,whats the soultion to get a smoth finish...i have tried pva and its still cracking through

Try thinning the emulsion and building it up in coats.
Get that PVA off as much you can though as it won't help matters.
