Window Lock Replacement

After 12 years most of the handles on our window locks in our house have started to to go slack and are no longer manufactured. Local builders suppliers dont stock them and I'm told that B &Q dont either. Without having to buy on line where would I get replacements?

Not Monalocks (sp) are they? That what we have. We have the same problem, and ours are about the same age.

The internal screws and allen bolts work loose and they flap about. A p.i.t.a. to keep tightening up.

Open window look next to the handle for an ID.
