Hi - I know nothing about plumbing or boilers, so please, no techie speak!

We had a plasterer in today who removed a radiator and later replaced it. Since then we've had no hot water or central heating. No pilot light appears when I press the reset button on the boiler. There are lights on it, but no flame. The pressure gauge shows zero. I took the front off the boiler and burnt my hand on the circulating pump which is extremely hot. I've turned the whole thing off and am now shivering... any ideas?

I guess it will be similar to my 28CDi,
you should somewhere have a white plastic filling key.
This gets pushed into its slot underneaththe boiler towards the left hand side, into the black platic filling loop.
Inset fully and twist to lock so it doesnt fall ot, and open the valve with the greay plastic knob next to it.
Fill up to about 1.5 Bar on the meter, shut off valve and remove key.

Yes, re-pressurised using the plastic key and knob and it seems to be working fine. Thanks
