Can I tile on top of tile? I have very worn 1950's tile in my bathroom.

If this is possible, what do I do?

Thank you for your prompt response. Now I can get right on it......

I have one loose tile, rest are solid. I take it I would just re-adhere the loose one, let it dry, then start?

What about old cracks? Is that normal for such an old house? I have pier and beam foundation.

The crack starts from the toilet and meets the wood floor in the hallway. In it's defense, it is a very straight crack.

My husband thinks it is a foundation crack.

he,s probably right, is it affecting the walls or is it just in the floor, if its only small i wouldnt worry about too much about it...
