expected rooms temperatures

Whats the expected room temperatures for a 3 bed semi that has double glazing,cavity (poly bead) and loft insulation fitted?
I appreciate they will all be different but what would a plumber be hoping to achieve.

Most good heating systems should be able to achieve 21C when it is -1C outside. as a minimum.

Sounds like a leading question, btw.

The design parameters for internal room temperatures have changed several times over the years so it would depend on how old your system is.

depends on too may variables from boiler size to room thermostat location and everywhere in between. perhaps you should state your problem or reword your question.
