Whats better a Mineral layer or a Aluminum Paint covering on a flat felt roof?

Also does anyone have any views on Cromar Aluminum Paint?

we prefer our roofer to use aluminum paint but some b.c.o.'s insist on chippings.

not all though.

BCO is happy with paint, do i need to repaint on a regular basis? Also how do i deal with the Kerb and edges, do i buy a GPR kerb trim?

your drips and verges need to be formed with a capping sheet your ally paint is a uv reflective coating and not a waterproofing topcoat.

Mineral is a layer of waterproofing, paint is a solar reflective and needs re application every 3-5 years on average.

Its also, along with chippings a very old solution that has been overtaken by mineral faced felts.
