hi
my hot water tank is only getting hot at the top,the bottom is as cold as the cold water.raditors are all ok very hot,it seems the the rads are getting all the heat from the boiler,replaced the actuator on the 3 way valve just above the pump,but still no luck.
please help if you can,cos its driving me mad....
