Can I have more than one kitchen unit linked to an FCU?

One for fitted fridge & dishwasher combination
and
One for fitted fitted washing machine & dryer combination.

no.

it will be too much current for the one fuse, and what if the fuse goes you will loose the fridge contents, evem though its not the fridge that is at fault

Well - you can get washer-dryers. Maybe fridge-dishwashers are some mad new appliance....
