Bosch Classixx dishwasher not drawing any water

hello,

been looking around here all evening, my dishwasher, SGS45CO2GB had a kinked drain pipe and now it won't stop draining. i've reset it several times and turned it off at the mains and it now won't draw any water.

i've cleared out the bottom bit under the filters any answers?? its only 8 weeks old

lift drain hose up should be a metre high its syphoning

Just in case anyone else has this problem i resolved it by putting the plastic skirt/front back on after my husband pulled it off after pulling the dishwasher from under the counter

it would appear the dishwasher didn't realise the door was shut
