contact glue everywhere!

I was using heavey duty contact adhesive \\\"welder\\\" to repair cracks in the dashboard of my car.When I sqeezed the bottle,a small amount came out of the tip and the rest burst out of the bottom of the tube onto the shirt that I was wearing and onto the cloth seat of my car.HELP!! How can I get this stuff out???!!!
