AWS inward-opening window problems

Is it possible to find any info on repairing a schueco AWS inward-opening window?

only cannot find a diagram, the window wont open properly & the pin that should go up & down on opening & closing appears out of line!!
can you help please

can you post a picture of the window from inside then a picture of the gearing.
