mould

can anyone tell me how to kill off a mould type fungus that i have residing in my shed?

I had a timber roof felted in oct/nov last year and after heavy rain previously the underside was still a little damp after roof was laid and attracted this green powdery fungi .

I painted on a fungicidal wash from wickes but it came back within a fortnight and have heard a few methods to use but not sure whats the most effective
