help........mould/condensation

hi
i have terrible terrible condensation in the house i also have terrible mould in some of the bedrooms (in the outer corners and from corner to corner)

the previous tennents have blocked up all the air vents which we are currently having unblocked, the chimney is also bloked up

our house is the only house in the terrace which suffers from this

could any body give me some advise on how to stop this
