i have just had some large areas of render replaced and when it has rained parts of my render seem to dry out and some areas seem to be still damp as though it has not dried at all, what could this be, also should i paint areas with stabilising solution or anything else before tyroleaning and then repainting, thanks

it may be the render is thicker in places.
the weather recently has not been ideal for proper drying out either.
best wait till it has uniformly dried out before applying your tyrolean.
