Hi

I'm doing some PIRS for a landlord on 1and 2 bed flats, most of which have these type of boards. Under the 16th I wouldn't have failed them on this basis (although there might have been other things!) , but just wondered there is a reg in the 17th which would? Obviously is there are any signs of heat damage/over loading I would investigate further....

Thanks

SB

All you can do really is to code 4 it.

Like you say, if there is any signs of damage then code it higher, but if it is in good condition, you can't do much about it, other than recommend an upgrade.

Out of interest, why were older Wylex boards made out of wood? - just asking!
