I know Im never going to get an exact figure and probably a lot of abuse for asking but:

I was considering having an attached garage built with a room above, the house is rendered so this extension would be block work then rendered. Everything internal Id do myself such as plasterboard electrics and plumbing.

Size wise approx 2.5m wide and 4m long
