Hi,
We used to have a gas fire with back boiler in our living room, this was removed when our combi was fitted.
We are now thinking of having an inset multifuel fire fitted,
Similar to one of these:-

What would be the best option for the chimney, at the moment it still has the liner and cowl from the back boiler in it (I know this will have to come out).
I wondered which was the best option, either another liner or a concrete lining like this:-

Thanks for all/any advice.
Nick.
