Hi i have a WD12s washer dryer, and the problem is this :- the washer would have a intermittent problem which would see the programme start but then it would drain inself and the dial would just turn around, now the problem is this: It will fill up with water, but the dryer light in on and stays on also the machine wont do nothing at all now!!! Booo!!!!

Can anyone help, and is there a master reset or something like that?

Hope someone can help coz we'll up a creek without a paddle.

count the flashes on the door lock that means a error code

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

f01 light 4, motor triac
f02 light 3 motor, jammed/ tacho
f03 lights 3&4 Ntc fault
f04 light 2. pressure sw stuck on empty
f05 lights 2&4, pressure sw stuck on full
f06 lights 2&3, N/A?
f07 lights 2&3&4 heater relay
f08 light 1. heater relay
f09 lights 1&4 eprom/setup error
f10 lights 1&3, pressure switch not sensing
f11 lights 1&3&4, pump/draining error
f12 lights 1&2, communication error
f13 lights 1&2&4, dryer ntc/ fan motor
f14 lights 1&2&3, dryer heater
f15 lights 1&2&3&4, dryer heater relay
f16 N/A
f17 light 4, door lock
f18 light 3 comms error (3 phase motor) power board

So in this instance with the second light flashing the error code would be f04 light 2. pressure sw stuck on empty

We also have a WD12s and our drum won't rotate with water in it.

It drains the water ok so the pump works fine and it's not blocked.
It does a spin cycle with and without clothes in it so the motors seems ok.

It is a second hand W/D given to us about a year ago so as such we have no manual for it and the dryer doesn't work (but that's never bothered us)

No error codes are showing as it simply won't spin when it's got water (seems to be more than usual) in it.

check the brushes on the motor more weight in the drum it wont spin .
