help please need cover

hi there wonder if you could give me any ideas on what to plant against the rear of our garden to give us a bit of privacy,i redone the garden last year so it more kid friendly for our twins and i planted 5 conifers against the fence but there dying really ,what could you recomend i want something with a bit of height to block the onl

2ft of trellis and some climbers
otherwise you will finnish up with no sunlight in your garden

how high did you want the cover !!!
do you have people with binoculars looking out of the windows!!!

its just when the people at the back are in there gardens we can see there head as there gardens are higher i was thinking along the lines of a couple or 3 trees but im open to sugestions
