Hoover 1300 washing machine not spinning

Help the washing machine does all the cycle but stops when it is time for the spin cycle! What could this be ??

Yes the water is emptied and the pump is working it has just stopped doing the spin cycle, could this be the programme dial????

click the dial one notch and see what happens
if so then it is the most likely casuse

Possibility your motor brushes are worn

Ist symptom is usually not spinning properly, then usually goes onto not spinning then finally not washing (or maybe just going bang)

Check and change them before using machine much more otherwise you could damage the motor and/or programmer
