Hi

I have an old shower (Triton Rapide 3)

Is it possible to fit a shower pump before the shower inlet to give the shower more pressure?

If so, do we need to upgrade the pipework from 15>22 ?

Cheers

no
the shower runs off the mains water.

yes, the cold water tank.

just thought if I got a pump, there would be no need to connect it to the hot water tank (as the shower would heat the water)

oh well, worth an ask

cheers

is yours running off the cold water tank ?

you can't connect it to the hw tank.

yes mate, its an electric shower fed from the cold water tank...

I thought, there might be a shortcut to increase the pressure by fitting a pump before the shower (as in effect, this is like raising the cold water tank is it not??)
