I have some PVC windows that wont lock

The window looks like this from the inside

When the handle is in the closed position (Like it is in the above picture) i can still push my window and it opens. i think there is something wrong with the leavers that are at the bottom of the window?

Does anyone know how i can fix this?

cheers!

you need to check that when you move the lever handle on the inside that the small bolts on the edge of the window move .if not then the gearbox in the window is possably broken and needs replacing.
its also possable that the bar from the internal handle isnt reaching the windows gearbox for some reason.
check that the locking plates are fitted onto the window frames that the locking bolts slide into

thanks for that

Yes, the small bolts on the edge of the window dont move. i will check out the gearbox and go from there.
