From all hot taps in the house, the hot water is coming out at a very low pressure. But is hot. The central heating is still working, when I try to add pressure to the boiler, by using the gauge, nothing happens to the pressure, as if not more water is getting added to the boiler.
Any ideas?

The mains supply in your area may have been reduced for maintenance or as a result of a fault or leak.

You should measure it as a start.

You have not mentioned the cold water flow! Is this reduced as well?

If not then there is a problem with your filling valve/loop and perhaps the water in filter in the boiler is blocked.

Bit of a coincidence though unless the boiler has generally not been maintained!
