I have a Glow worm hot Express with a switchmaster 300. At the moment it is timed for hot water and the heating comes on.When the timer is off there is no hot water left in tank, so when turn tap on is cold. Previous to putting the heating on I had hot water all the time when tap turned on. Can anyone help??

Is it a combi or do you have a separate hot water store?
Whatever, if you switch it back to the way it was and it doesn't work, something's bust. If it does then maybe it's wired incorrectly
