attaching felt to flat concrete roof

Looked at "torch on" felt and dont feel confident to do that myself. Also looked at some of the other kits and products on the market but I already have a few rolls of felt and would ideally like to use that up

The roof I wish to felt is a flat concrete one. How would I attach the felt to it ?

Liquid Rubber, Lafarge. 2mm thick (2 x 1mm coats), brush or roller. will outlast any felt, epdm system. there is polyeurea, but that is v expensive. http://www.liquidrubber.ca/video/NewVideo.html
No torches, no mess, water clean your brushes and hands, high build for sides and corners.... brilliant stuff.

is that readily and easily available (wickes etc) and is it a DIY job ?

UTTER cobblers, it would never outlast a decent bitumen based membrane (ie Bauder BTRS System).
