What options for lean to foundations

Im just about to start work on a wooden leanto aprox 3m x 2m in an L shape, going into a corner of garden attached to the house.

I'm useing a double block dwarf wall aprox 250 deep (wide) that will come upto 1M high.

What foundation options do I have as the ground has been shown to be very chalky with alot of flint in it so whould prefer not to have to dig too much.

If the house looks stable then go to the depth of the house footings.

thanks for that is there an advantage in using foundation block as opposed to the usual?
