If your painting a large area that will take more than 1 day or indeed an area that needs second coat - wrap tin foil around your roller and leave aside overnight. It will not have dried out and will be ready to use the next day. This also apples to the small rollers.

If using a small gloss roller you can place it in a plastic sandwich bag pushing it well in and wrap it tightly - you can just continue to use it the next day - it will not have hardened in any way.[/b]

You can put big rollers in a plastic shoping bag too..fine overnight, just make sure you leave em out in the cold

Just don't leave them all week, tends to dry out that long

Or you end up with loads of flakes stuck on the sleeve from the sides of the bag
