by control panel i assume ya mean your timer? make sure you have it in the "run" position.. does the boiler re-set?
as a guess you have had a powercut which stopped the pump running hence H3 code and wiped the memory of your timer.
first set the time on the time clock.
then press the reset button on the boiler this should then display a number
followed by 0 the boiler should then run normally again.
if it doesn't tell us what happened when you do the above.
